Bake Back America created the Birthday Club to inspire volunteers to acknowledge birthdays for children who are facing less fortunate situations. This act of kindness allows individuals to be creative while impacting children's lives.

Hi my name is Shayna and I am high school student from Westchester, NY. I am very passionate about giving back to others which is why I have chosen to help out children celebrate their birthdays. A great way to show gratitude towards others is through gifts and goods which is why I have created this birthday program with Bake Back America where every child feels appreciated on their special day.

Birthday cakes

This is a wonderful way for bakers to give back by making their favorite cakes to children in shelters and foster care programs.

Cookie platers

Making an assortment of cookies wrapped on a platter is a great way for bakers to share their passion for baking while giving back to those less fortunate.

Whywe read

Why We Read is a program that inspires reading through our birthday program. Two book, a treat and a card our placed into a bag and given to a child in a shelter.

Goody bags

All children love goody bags filled with age appropriate little birthday toys. This give back truly makes children feel like they are being celebrated.

Birthday party

Bring a lasting memory to children in a shelter by creating a monthly party in a shelter for those celebrating with decorations, snacks and an art project. Volunteers can also have the opportunity to help a child in a private setting.
