Mind, Body, and Soul

Bake Back America created Mind Body and Soul to inspire students to take time from their busy day for themselves.  Learning how to meditate, do yoga or even a walk helps balance ones mindset.  Creating a healthy lifestyle and diet can change ones entire mental health.

Melissa is a nutritionist and the mom of three active boys. She shares her passion for health and wellness with her family, clients and greater community.
